做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
