做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
