做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
