做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
