做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
