做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
