做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
