做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
