做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油(yóu )六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。
