做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
