做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
