做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
