做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
