做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
