做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
