做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
