做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
