做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
