做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
