做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
