做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
