做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
