做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
