做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
