做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
