做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
