做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
