做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
