做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
