做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
