做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
