做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
