做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
