做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
