做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
