做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
