做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
