做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
