做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
