做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
