做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
