做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
