做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
