做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
