做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
