做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
