做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
