做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
