做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
