做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
